Collaborates across L&D, HR, and business partners to design and deliver learning experiences that build capability
Applies adult learning principles to assess needs, design content, and create engaging learning experiences
Translates business and leadership topics into clear, practical content
Manages course setup, content uploads, course enrollments, and reporting for Workday Learn
Oversees program marketing and communications to increase awareness of learning offerings
Designs and maintains the L&D SharePoint site as a user-friendly learning hub
Coordinates and manages logistics for key programs including scheduling and tracking participation

3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field
Strong instructional design skills with experience creating content across multiple formats
Comfort working from concept through execution
A consultative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across teams
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over quality
Curiosity and a drive to continuously improve your craft
Experience with authoring and design tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond, Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)
Experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System (Workday Learning or similar)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Proficiency in writing, editing, and general work with AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, and/or Claude)
