Prepare commercial reports and analyses (e.g. customer P&L, sales performance, benefits, sell-in/out data)
Monitor promotional activities and prepare related performance reports
Implement and manage customer trade agreements in SAP, including the issuance of related credit/debit notes
Maintain customer master data, price lists, and discounts in the ERP system
Participate in month-end contract reconciliations and customer account settlements
Ensure smooth operation of the customer financial and credit cycle in line with company policies
Support the credit control process by monitoring receivables and providing timely updates to stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting will be considered an asset
1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally within the FMCG sector
Knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module
Excellent command of MS Office (particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
Strong team spirit and collaboration skills
High sense of responsibility, consistency, and commitment to results
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
