Role Overview

• Conducts research on HR practices, policies, and benchmarks.
• Prepares data analyses, reports, and presentations for client engagements.
• Supports project planning and execution tasks as directed by consultants.
• Participates in client interviews, workshops, and documentation preparation.
• Tracks project progress and assists with administrative coordination.
• Ensures accuracy and confidentiality of client-related data.
• Prepares summaries of findings and draft recommendations for review.
• Learns HR frameworks, tools, and consulting methodologies.

Requirements

• Requires expanded conceptual knowledge and experience in own discipline
• Grows knowledge of the company, processes and customers
• Performs structured work assignments related to discipline
• Uses existing policies, procedures or instructions to solve routine or standard problems
• Receives supervision and direction from more senior level roles
• Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
• Explains factual information of limited complexity to others in straightforward situations.
