About this role
Role Overview
Protect KONE’s financial and commercial interests with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Review and negotiate contract terms, manage claims, and ensure compliance with obligations
Support dispute resolution and project close-out activities
Drive timely payments and mitigate bad debt risks
Support tendering teams in preparing accurate, competitive bids
Identify business opportunities through commercial insights
Support project teams with day-to-day commercial issues
Requirements
At least 7 years commercial experience
Strong knowledge of project operations, financial processes, and contract management
Advanced commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and analytical abilities
Solid understanding of local laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
