Lead Internal Communications: Own the company intranet (myGSS) and ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across all internal channels.
Requirements
Proven experience (4
6+ years) in marketing, with a strong track record across brand, product marketing, demand generation, and events.
Experience within fintech, SaaS, or financial services is highly desirable.
Background in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Professional development or certifications in digital marketing, brand strategy, or SaaS growth disciplines are advantageous.
Deep understanding of modern B2B marketing practices, including brand development, messaging, multi‑channel campaigns, content creation, and event execution.
Comfortable translating complex technical and regulatory concepts into clear, compelling marketing materials.
Strong ability to operate in a stand‑alone capacity, owning the full marketing remit while collaborating effectively across product, sales, regulatory experts, and senior leadership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
Experience using data‑driven insights to shape campaigns, evaluate performance, and optimise marketing spend.
Ability to interpret marketing metrics and turn them into actionable recommendations.
