Role Overview
- Drive downstream commercialization for the VELYS Knee portfolio
- Lead downstream plans that accelerate installations and utilization
- Engage surgeon customers to generate insights
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular downstream business performance reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 2–3 years of relevant Marketing/Product Management/Product Introduction experience
- Joint Reconstruction experience
- Downstream marketing experience is highly preferred; upstream experience is a plus
- Experience in medical devices or orthopedics
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
