Develop the product marketing vision and strategy based on an understanding of our product portfolio, customer needs & journeys, ideal customer profile, competitive landscape and commercial targets
Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for new products and services including messaging, positioning and buyer personas.
Utilise generative AI and automation tools to scale content creation, testing, and personalization across the buyer journey
Define and maintain product and service based value propositions, which align with our overall brand positioning and narrative.
Partner closely with Product Management, Sales and C-suite leaders to participate in defining solutions based on clear understanding of market trends and customer need.
Develop collateral such as sales presentations, scripts, competitive content, messaging guides and bid support documentation to support and enable our GTM teams to ensuring products are adopted and correctly positioned by business development functions.
Work directly with customers and prospects to gain insights and feedback on product, messaging, value prop, and experience to enhance sales and marketing efforts.
Work with the Demand Gen and broader marketing functions to support the development of appropriate campaign activity to acquire new customers and retain and grow existing customers
Requirements
Significant work experience in a B2B marketing environment in similar Product Marketing/Proposition roles that are focused on generating and accelerating pipeline
Track record of insight-led proposition development, putting the customer and their needs and pain point at the heart of the solution.
Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels
Proven ability to drive change through a complex business and deal with multiple demanding stakeholders
Understanding and experience of producing content to fit a complex buying journey, ideally in a B2B environment, showing a clear understanding of buyer needs and pain points
Able to translate business objectives into measurable goals and KPIs, using data and AI-driven insights to continuously optimise performance
Clear and precise communicator with excellent copywriting, editing and verbal communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels to Board/C suite level plus develop and manage required agency/supplier relationships to undertake required projects
