About this role

Develop, manage and implement targeted online campaigns (SEA/paid search, display, etc.)
Own budget responsibility and optimize performance across the entire customer journey
Conduct audience analyses, keyword research and create compelling ad copy
Run A/B tests and continuously optimize landing pages
Tracking, reporting and provide data-driven recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners and regional stakeholders
Actively contribute to cross-functional marketing processes

Degree or vocational training in Marketing, Communications, Tourism or a related field
Relevant professional experience in performance marketing; agency background welcome
Confident use of Google Ads, Google Analytics, CMS and web analytics tools
Creativity, copywriting skills and a strong sense for target audiences combined with a passion for numbers
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Self-reliant, team player with enthusiasm for the tourism industry
