About this role
Role Overview
- Provide holistic support to marketing with a focus on sustainable organic growth
- Keyword and topical architecture, briefs, on-page/technical SEO
- Operational setup and maintenance of campaigns (Google Ads/Meta)
- Event measurement via GTM, GA4, or Umami
- Coordination with development/design, A/B tests, conversion optimization
- Coordination with internal teams and agencies/freelancers
- HWG-compliant communication and adherence to data protection standards
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing (SEO/Performance/Content)
- Solid SEO foundation: information architecture, technical SEO, content operations
- Performance know-how: campaign setup, testing logic, understanding of attribution
- Tracking competence: GTM/consent frameworks, GA4 or Umami
- Web affinity: collaboration with dev/design, hands-on WordPress experience; HTML/CSS/JS skills a plus
- Very good German (C1/C2), strong English
