The Product Marketing Manager will drive go-to-market success for banking solutions targeted at North American financial institutions, collaborating with various teams to develop messaging and content that resonates with decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, differentiated product messaging and value propositions tailored to financial institution buyers and influencers
- Lead end-to-end product launches, including planning, execution, and measurement, to drive awareness, pipeline growth, and adoption
- Create and manage marketing assets such as solution briefs, presentations, videos, blogs, and digital content for campaigns and events
- Deliver tools that empower Sales teams to effectively communicate product value and close deals
- Gather and synthesize competitive insights, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform messaging and positioning
- Work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in marketing in a B2B model within fintech, financial services sector or as part of an enterprise business solution vendor in North America
- Strong understanding of banking operations, digital transformation, and financial technology trends
- Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and produce written content and providing design briefs to creative teams
- Hands-on experience planning and executing product launches and integrated marketing campaigns
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and market data to refine strategies
- Skilled at working in cross-functional teams across geographies and cultures
