About this role
Role Overview
Identify market and business opportunities in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Facility Management (FM) sectors in Germany, and develop and implement tailored customer strategies
Acquire new customers via phone, video calls, social selling and in-person visits to sell our EAM & CAFM software CareOffice
Conduct professional negotiations at decision-maker level
Build and maintain long-term business relationships in Germany
Prepare comprehensive proposals and solution concepts tailored to customer needs and their application landscape (in collaboration with technical colleagues)
Work closely with internal sales, project managers, product owners, development and marketing
Represent the company at trade shows, events and on social media
Requirements
Several years of practical experience in sales management and business development, including revenue responsibility, and a strong interest in deepening expertise in Enterprise Asset Management and Facility Management digitalization
Technical education or degree; sales or business administration training is an advantage
Convincing communication skills and strong negotiation abilities
Networked mindset, entrepreneurial flair and high self-motivation
Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
Proficient with software (Windows, Office, ERP, EAM/CAFM, etc.)
Very good German and good English skills
Willingness to travel within the DACH region (primarily Germany and Switzerland)
