About this role
Role Overview
Represent the company at industry events, trade associations, and networking functions
Build and maintain relationships with property managers, board members, and key decision-makers
Actively participate in local organizations and committees to increase brand visibility
Travel throughout the market to meet with prospective and existing clients
Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building
Conduct calls, emails, and in-person meetings to generate introductions and schedule site visits
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects across multiple stages
Ensure consistent and timely follow-up on all leads, meetings, and active opportunities
Support the sales process from initial contact through proposal and closing stages
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working in a field-based role with frequent travel throughout the market
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership
Professional presence and confidence in networking and client-facing environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or lead tracking tools
Experience in multifamily, HOA, real estate, or property management industries preferred
