(Co-)identification, evaluation, development and active implementation of projects to further develop products, offerings and business models (including operational optimization, business development, M&A-related topics, new projects and equity investments)
Project leadership or co-piloting of special and development projects with clear accountability for results
Participation in company-building topics across core components such as operational processes, organizational structures, personnel, IT and tools
Independently identifying relevant areas for action based on qualitative and quantitative analyses and proactively initiating and driving topics forward
Providing substantive support to executive management in preparing important internal and external meetings and events
Project-related collaboration with external partners
Requirements
High level of personal responsibility and ownership for your topics – from idea to implementation
Strong 80/20 mindset with a focus on what matters and pragmatic, effective solutions
Enjoy prioritizing tasks independently, preparing decisions thoroughly and implementing them
Confident handling of decision-making leeway in a professional, objective environment
Initial relevant professional experience (~1–2 years) in management consulting, in-house consulting, corporate development or a comparable role
Very strong analytical skills combined with a genuine hands-on mentality
Strong interest in entrepreneurial issues, business models and operational implementation
Structured, independent working style and clear communication
Confident presence when interacting with executive management, leaders and external partners
Very good German language skills, written and spoken
