As we expand our presence in Spain, we are seeking a part-time, contract Account Executive – Family Law based in Barcelona or Madrid to support our growth within the Spanish family law sector.
This role combines business development with professional relationship management. You will introduce OurFamilyWizard to abogados de familia, mediadores familiares, juzgados, and related institutions, building trusted partnerships and supporting adoption across your territory.
You will develop and manage relationships from initial outreach through long-term engagement, helping legal professionals understand how our platform supports families navigating separation and custody matters.
As this is a launch-adjacent role, you will also contribute to shaping our approach in Spain. You will gather market feedback from legal professionals and share insights across teams at OurFamilyWizard to support localization of messaging, outreach materials, and educational content.
The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with legal professionals, understands the Spanish family justice landscape, and represents the company with professionalism and credibility.
Please note: this is a part-time, contract position paid on an hourly basis.
Requirements
Business Development
Identify and engage family law professionals across your assigned territory
Conduct tailored product demonstrations (virtual and in-person)
Develop referral pathways that drive platform adoption
Manage pipeline activity and forecasting within CRM tools
Contribute to territory growth objectives
Professional Engagement
Build relationships with abogados especializados en derecho de familia, mediadores familiares, procuradores, and relevant judicial stakeholders
Represent the company at legal conferences and professional events
Deliver educational presentations where appropriate
Strengthen awareness within Colegios de Abogados and professional associations
Market Insight & Localization
Maintain ongoing relationships with key partners
Share market feedback to support product and strategic development
Contribute to the localization of messaging, outreach templates, and educational materials for the Spanish market
Benefits
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or the legal sector
Experience engaging professional or legal audiences
Ability to travel within Spain
Native or fluent Spanish and professional proficiency in English
Comfortable using CRM tools
Master’s degree in Law (particularly Derecho de Familia) or experience in a law firm
Training or experience in family mediation
Existing relationships within Colegios de Abogados or the Spanish judicial system (Juzgados de Familia)
Experience in SaaS or legal tech
Strong understanding of Spanish legal culture and professional communication norms
