Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the specific challenges and goals of prospective clients.
Present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of our CRM and iDMS platforms in meeting those needs.
Deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations of CRM and iDMS software, highlighting key features, integrations, customer journey tracking, and ROI to decision-makers.
Lead the negotiation process, addressing client concerns and objections, and working to close deals that align with company goals.
Secure long-term contracts and partnerships with new clients.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.
Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Maintain flawless records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in Salesforce and Outreach. Provide regular, data-driven updates and reports to the sales leadership team.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably within the automotive or software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry.
Strong understanding of the automotive industry and the challenges faced by independent dealers in managing customer relationships.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex technical information, particularly regarding software integrations and data flow.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (Outreach).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
