Manages the end-to-end executive recruiting lifecycle for critical roles aligned to current and future business strategy.
Partners with HR and business leaders to align on hiring needs and define executive-level candidate profiles.
Conducts confidential searches with discretion and sound judgment; presents high-caliber slates and leverages market mapping.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
Utilizes advanced research tools and techniques to identify, engage, develop and nurture relationships with prospective candidates.
Facilitates compensation discussions and negotiations in partnership with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field is required.
Six (6) years of executive search or talent acquisition experience required.
Demonstrated experience in successfully placing senior leader roles (Director, VP, and above) including ownership of full-cycle executive searches preferred.
