Role Overview
Focus primarily on generating and qualifying outbound leads
Proactively prospect into new accounts, identifying and nurturing business opportunities
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Account Executives and others to achieve shared goals
Build and improve your skills in pipeline generation
Deepen your understanding of our product through onboarding and ongoing support from managers
Requirements
You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English
You have one or more years of experience in sales pipeline generation
You are motivated, driven, and focused on achieving and exceeding targets
You value teamwork and actively engage in knowledge sharing
You embrace feedback and continuously seek learning opportunities
You are naturally curious and quick to adapt
You are proficient with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or related tools
You have strong organisation and time management skills
