About this role
Role Overview
Manage a structured portfolio of clients post-onboarding, ensuring continuity and growth of partnerships.
Act consultatively in post-sales, anticipating needs and proposing strategic solutions aligned with clients' objectives.
Lead periodic check-in meetings to ensure performance alignment, review results and define next steps.
Monitor customer success metrics, analyzing data to support decision-making, identify opportunities, and guide commercial strategies.
Undertake strategic travel for key-account management, business expansion and partnership development.
Plan and conduct on-site client visits to strengthen relationships, uncover needs and expand commercial opportunities.
Proactively identify churn risks and implement preventive actions to retain the client base.
Advise clients on best practices, strategies and recommendations to maximize results and increase investment potential.
Record all interactions, action plans and account statuses in the CRM, ensuring organization and governance of information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing and Data) to resolve requests and continuously improve deliverables.
Map, structure and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities with a focus on revenue growth and portfolio expansion.
Actively participate in the commercial cycle, including in-base prospecting, negotiation, closing and result tracking.
Sell advertising spaces and subsidies to pharmacies (Media Kit), aligning client needs with value propositions and commercial targets.
Analyze performance, market and customer behavior data to generate strategic insights and identify new business opportunities.
Support customer retention and reactivation initiatives by providing insights, commercial actions and execution.
Requirements
Previous experience in Customer Success, Post-sales or B2B Account Management/Customer Service
Advanced Excel | Dashboard creation
Experience with CRM systems and client follow-up routines
Basic knowledge of e-commerce, marketplaces or SaaS
Experience working with business KPIs
Comfortable with digital tools and data
