Advise customers on HR technology solutions and SuccessFactors best practices
Translate business needs into practical, scalable, and user‑friendly solutions
Drive customer solutions across implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors
Support customers with change requests and ongoing improvements to their existing solutions
Improve employee and candidate experience through better use of HR processes and technology
Contribute to customer projects with a structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented approach
Work closely with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders across functional and technical topics
Identify opportunities to use automation, data, and AI to improve HR processes and customer value
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience for Senior Consultant level
Strong experience with one or more relevant SuccessFactors modules, with particular focus on: Employee Central, Onboarding, Compensation, Recruiting / SmartRecruiters
Experience from HR technology projects, advisory work, implementation, or solution design can replace certification experience.
Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
The ability to understand customer needs and turn them into clear recommendations and actions
Strong proficiency in Norwegian and English
