Role Overview
- Advise customers on HR technology solutions and SuccessFactors best practices
- Translate business needs into practical, scalable, and user‑friendly solutions
- Drive customer solutions across implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors
- Support customers with change requests and ongoing improvements to their existing solutions
- Improve employee and candidate experience through better use of HR processes and technology
- Contribute to customer projects with a structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented approach
- Work closely with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders across functional and technical topics
- Identify opportunities to use automation, data, and AI to improve HR processes and customer value
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience for Senior Consultant level
- Strong experience with one or more relevant SuccessFactors modules, with particular focus on: Employee Central, Onboarding, Compensation, Recruiting / SmartRecruiters
- Experience from HR technology projects, advisory work, implementation, or solution design can replace certification experience.
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- The ability to understand customer needs and turn them into clear recommendations and actions
- Strong proficiency in Norwegian and English
