Translating business objectives into people priorities and leading high-level discussions with client leadership.
Managing the full HR lifecycle, from building performance management cycles and facilitating training to performing turnover data analysis and conducting recruiting screens.
Reviewing and updating employee resource manuals, creating modern policies, and managing complex employee relations.
Partnering with in-house subject matter experts to implement bespoke organizational strategies that fuel growth and retention.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in a related field preferred.
Minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience required.
Experience as a Senior Manager or higher within a consulting organization or an in-house HR team highly preferred.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
Comfortable handling client requests in at least 50% of the listed HR areas.
