About this role

Support efforts to bring relevancy and real-world experience to students in California
Shape and lead program development and technical assistance related activities
Focus on the expansion of new and innovative pre-apprenticeships and registered apprenticeships
Provide direction, support, and subject matter expertise for registered apprenticeship technical assistance work
Lead technical assistance services for the assigned regional consortium
Design and execute educational-to-workforce integration
Engage stakeholders and external presentations
Build strategic partnerships and cultivate relationships

Excellent project management, group facilitation, and technical skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver quality products within agreed upon timeframes
Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, synthesize, and communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences
Must be a self-starter, quick learner, problem solver, and highly motivated
Experience in a fast-paced team environment
