Audit current global recruiting workflows and partner with Marketing and Engineering leadership to define our "Technical Talent Brand" narrative for San Francisco, India, and Montreal.
Launch targeted employer branding campaigns in key hubs, increasing qualified passive candidate interest by 20%.
Own the long-term recruiting strategy for India, establishing it as a center of excellence for technical talent.
Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a deep understanding of software engineering, data, and/or hardware talent markets.
2+ years of people management experience, with a track record of coaching recruiters to hit ambitious goals.
Global recruiting expertise, specifically with experience driving hiring strategies in India and partnering with international teams.
Employer Branding experience: Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategies that increase brand visibility in competitive markets (experience with events, partnerships, or digital campaigns is a plus).
