Support recruitment for member pharmacies, with primary focus on pharmacists and pharmacy managers
Support additional hiring needs including technicians, assistants, temporary and relief professionals, and future ownership or succession-related opportunities where appropriate
Develop practical recruitment strategies for active searches
Draft, post, and manage job ads across major recruitment platforms
Source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, professional networks, databases, university outreach, career fairs, and other channels
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for difficult-to-fill and high-priority roles
Conduct initial candidate screening and present qualified shortlists
Coordinate interviews, scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-up
Provide guidance on compensation expectations, market competitiveness, and offer positioning
Assist with offer development and negotiations
Maintain the PharmaChoice Canada Career Pathfinder platform and related candidate records
Support job description updates, recruitment materials, outreach activity, and recruitment reporting
