Field Engineer

Role Overview

• Responsible for the post-sale implementation and ongoing support of complex communication systems.
• Perform programming, configuration, optimization, testing, and documentation for the systems.
• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for specialized systems.
• Act as a lead on small to medium-sized projects and mentor less experienced Field Engineers.
• Maintain assigned tools and equipment in working order and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in one of the following areas: LMR, RF Systems, Radio Frequency, Radio Communications, Engineering, Wired/Wireless Communication Systems, Networking Equipment, Network Support, Astro/P25, Logging System, IT, Electronics, Systems, Networks, Public Safety, OR military experience.
• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer(s).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
