Provide sales coverage for the territory of SC, NC, VA, MD, DC, WV and NJ
Identify new business and maintain loyalty of existing customer base
Establish and maintain professional selling relationships across all levels of the customer’s organization
Plan and execute customer visits and presentations to promote HBK awareness
Develop strategies to grow HBK’s presence in automotive, military, machinery, and other market segments
Participate in regional trade shows and conferences to foster new opportunities
Develop and maintain sales forecast, coordinating closely with inside sales
Requirements
ME or EE degree or other technical degree in an engineering or physical science discipline strongly preferred
Working knowledge and experience selling one or more of the following: acoustics, sound/vibration measurement, DAQ’s, test and measurement products, sensors
Must be self-motivated, organized and have the ability to handle numerous parallel tasks and projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Background in instrumentation, test or data acquisition, acoustics
Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of sales experience meeting or exceeding sales quota
