Develop new business and increase market share in specified geographical territory
Utilize Continental’s Authorized Distributor Network in the industrial sector
Identify and cultivate new business partnerships with existing and new customers
Promote and sell engineered products, programs & services to end users
Train distributors and end-users on new products and applications
Develop and implement a plan to meet with customers to service existing accounts and secure new business
Participate in industry trade shows to promote products and services
Maintain a working knowledge of current industry standards
Regularly use business and information technology tools to manage territory activities
Inspect conveyor systems and plant equipment to offer value added solutions

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering
2 years of relevant industrial sales experience or 4 years of industrial sales experience if no relevant bachelor’s degree
Competent in computer programs including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Experience in working in an industrial setting
Experience training customers and end users
Ability to use/learn CRM systems
Must be able to travel, with overnight stays, at least 50% of the time
The desired candidate is required to reside within the Territory (BC)
Must have a valid driver's license and a valid passport
