About this role
Role Overview
Assist in devising and implementing colleague communication and engagement strategies across the contract
Coordinate with the central and local HR teams to ensure a robust end to end recruitment process
Responsible for reporting contract data in a timely manner and identify data trends and patterns to the HR Lead
Provide consistent and professional HR services in line with Company objectives and HR strategy
Support employee engagement, help create a workplace where people feel valued and supported
Requirements
Detail-oriented
Accuracy is key in HR, keen eye for spotting errors
Organised – Thrive on keeping things structured, meeting deadlines, managing multiple tasks effortlessly
