You proactively source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, building a sustainable pipeline of talent for our growing ERP ecosystem.
You work closely with your hiring managers & stakeholders.
You contribute to the continuous improvement of our employer branding and recruiting operations to ensure we remain a top choice for talent in the DACH region.
You collaborate closely with the broader People & Organization team, contributing to internal projects that enhance our company culture and organizational development.
Requirements
You have gained 2-4 years of professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a SaaS, B2B, or eCommerce environment.
You have strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
You have experience in managing stakeholders and building strong internal relationships.
You have a proactive and structured approach to your work, with excellent communication skills.
You bring a structured and solution-oriented mindset, allowing you to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
You thrive on autonomy and have a "get things done" attitude, coupled with the empathy needed to understand the needs of both candidates and hiring managers.
You are fluent in English, German at least B2 skills.
You reside in Germany or the Netherlands.
