Role Overview
Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team in the full recruitment lifecycle process.
Work with the TA Business Partners and TA Managers to ensure goals are being met.
Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent.
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting efforts for entry level and high-volume positions from job posting through onboarding.
Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods based on available role and organizational needs.
Screen applications and select qualified candidates from a large pool of applicants.
Schedule interviews and oversee preparation of interview questions and hiring materials.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (4 years) or knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
Ability to independently own and manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for both non-exempt and exempt positions.
Consult with hiring managers to develop and execute compelling recruitment strategies and tactics to source, screen and select a highly talented and diverse workforce in an efficient, cost-effective and timely manner.
Utilize the latest web-based knowledge, recruiting channels and social media platforms to source candidates.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
