About this role
Role Overview
Own and grow a set of existing defense and government accounts
Identify and develop new revenue opportunities within those accounts
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Drive expansion opportunities from early identification through to close
Maintain a clear view of account strategy, priorities, and pipeline
Align internal teams to support account growth and delivery
Identify connections across programs, teams, and initiatives to build momentum
Contribute to overall revenue growth within the US market
Requirements
Experience managing and growing accounts in the US defense or government space
Proven ability to deliver net revenue growth within existing accounts
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on expansion and deal progression
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
Ability to connect activity across an account to create momentum and drive growth
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
