As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day communication between clients and IMA, ensuring consistently high client experience levels are achieved in balance with commercial success.
Reporting to an Account Director, you will direct client accounts, handle senior conversations, and actively contribute to growth.
You’ll build trust across internal teams, mentor junior members, and help keep projects moving with energy and precision.
You will develop strong and trusting relationships with senior clients and suppliers and IMA to achieve consistent quality standards.
You will establish clear and consistent communication channels across the client and agency to promote a collaborative work ethic.
You will apply strong negotiation skills where necessary to achieve positive outcomes for all parties.
You will understand client objectives and challenges while developing market insight to support the planning and creative process.
You will be responsible for the successful interpretation of client briefs into great creative and successfully present the output for senior sign off.
You will obtain full knowledge of the financial health of each client to ensure commercial targets are tracked and achieved.
You will mentor junior members of the Client Services team and set appropriate workloads in support of specific projects.
Requirements
You have sound agency work experience in line with the requirements of this role.
You possess experience in managing corporate clients and delivering high profile campaigns.
You have strategic experience from either the client side or on previous accounts.
You are a competent and experienced marketer with excellent communication skills.
You possess strong organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
