Leoforce is a large manufacturing group that provides solutions for Energy supply through state of the art technology. They are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-driven Sales Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing clients and secure new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, increasing the company’s client base
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Handle client issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring their satisfaction
- Regularly report on account status to senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management, with a focus on Outside Sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Construction industry
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle client issues and concerns effectively
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as any relevant sales software
- Must be willing to travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
