Serve as a primary Associate Relations partner, advising leaders on performance management, corrective action, policy interpretation, and employee concerns.
Coach and counsel leaders on effective associate management practices, including performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
Investigate and resolve moderately to highly complex associate relations matters (e.g., performance issues, policy violations, harassment, discrimination), recommending appropriate and compliant courses of action.
Partner closely with HR Business Partners, operational leaders, and legal counsel to ensure consistent, fair, and legally sound outcomes.
Provide guidance on federal and state employment laws, helping leaders navigate compliance with confidence.
Support a safe, respectful, and compliant workplace by promoting best practices, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
Contribute to associate relations training, policy updates, and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 2 years focused on Associate Relations.
Strong working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, corrective action, and federal and state employment laws.
Demonstrated ability to coach and advise leaders on complex associate relations issues using sound judgment and discretion.
Ability to assess risk, analyze situations, and provide clear, practical recommendations aligned with company policies and legal requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar business tools.
Ability to travel up to 50%, as business needs require.
