Lead the development, expansion and management of the area’s key strategic partnerships.
Act in a consultative, close manner with partners, strengthening commercial relationships and continuously identifying revenue and engagement opportunities.
Conduct in-depth performance, market and customer behavior analyses, translating insights into commercial strategies and growth plans.
Negotiate high-impact campaigns, new business initiatives, contracts and commercial terms.
Represent the area in internal committees, forums and partner meetings, always with a business perspective and a focus on value generation.
Monitor strategic KPIs and propose improvements that drive performance.
Connect different areas across Azul to ensure alignment, delivery and advancement of the most important projects.
Develop executive business presentations with commercial clarity and strategic vision.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed. Postgraduate degree, MBA or specializations related to business, marketing or strategy are a plus.
Solid experience in strategic partnerships and commercial initiatives.
Experience in loyalty programs or retail.
Strong negotiation skills, business acumen and result analysis.
Intermediate to advanced English.
Excellent communication and executive presence.
