Work side by side with the CGO to turn big picture strategy into real, executable revenue plans across every growth lane at Green Spoon
Proactively hunt, qualify, and move deals forward. This is an outbound, relationship-driven role across: Enterprise and emerging brands, Green Spoon’s data platform, Future service offerings and revenue models, Strategic partnerships
Take ownership of early-stage growth from opportunity discovery through a qualified, actively moving pipeline, including: Utilizing syndicated data (e.g., SPINS) to identify and target the right brands, Converting outreach and introductions into active deal flow, Qualifying opportunity size and strategic fit, Keeping the pipeline staged, healthy, and moving, Driving opportunities through to close
Be a face and voice of Green Spoon in the Natural CPG world, showing up, building trusted relationships, opening doors, and expanding our reach
Stay deeply plugged into emerging growth channels across Natural CPG, including DTC brands, creator-led brands, and social platforms, translating trends into actionable partnership and revenue opportunities
Build deep, trusted relationships across: Internal teams, Executive leadership at brand partners, Strategic partners, Industry stakeholders
Identify and execute opportunities within the current portfolio to expand into broader coverage models
Collaborate on creative, value-add propositions to unlock growth
Help build and sharpen the selling tools that win business, including: Pitch decks for new revenue streams, Partnership decks, Enterprise brand sales materials, Executive and board-level growth presentations, ROI models and value proposition collateral
Keep a tight pulse on the business through a pipeline of reporting in Green Spoon’s CRM, tracking: Active opportunities, Revenue potential, Win rates, Time to close, Performance by growth channel
Requirements
You are deeply connected in the Natural Foods / CPG industry and actively use your network to create opportunities
You are a true relationship builder who enjoys connecting people, opening doors, and building trust at all levels
You are not shy and comfortable starting conversations, working a room, and building new relationships
You bring a strong sense of urgency and ownership and consistently move things forward
You have a proven ability to source and move opportunities forward through outbound outreach and relationships
You are a strong communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging with founders, executives, and internal teams
You are highly skilled at building compelling decks and materials that clearly communicate value and win business
You are organized and operationally strong, able to manage multiple opportunities and maintain a dynamic pipeline
You have a sharp eye for emerging brands and categories, with a real interest in what’s next in Natural CPG
You are data-informed, with experience using syndicated data (e.g., SPINS, Aislytics, or similar tools)
You have experience working alongside and supporting C-level executives
You bring a do-what-it-takes mentality, staying resourceful, scrappy, and focused on getting deals done
