Support for Commercial Managers (GRs) and Channels
Assist Commercial Managers on WhatsApp (WPP) channels and other areas of activity.
Schedule, organize and reinforce calendars with CORBANs and CEs, ensuring alignment and fulfillment of commitments.
Support the ideation of commercial proposals together with the Commercial Managers.
Act as an operational bridge between CORBANs, CEs and the Bank’s other areas (Products, Operations, Credit, BI, Legal, IT, etc.).
Send and control documents and information not available in BI.
Serve as the focal point for system access topics (new accesses, unlocks, revocations), ensuring smoothness and agility in the process.
Organize, distribute and monitor the performance of client bases for monetization, considering all channels.
Support commercial actions based on the bases, monitoring execution and results.
Organize initiatives and bases related to margin increase in agreements, ensuring appropriate distribution.
Be responsible for onboarding new partners (CORBANs and CEs), managing the operational flow, documentation, internal interfaces and follow-up until activation.
Ensure accurate records and smooth administrative processes related to partners.
