Lead key programs supporting Marketplace Payments and Financial Services, ensuring strong execution and alignment to business priorities.
Drive Seller adoption and improve the Seller experience across payments and financial services offerings.
Work closely with internal marketplace teams on cross-sell and driving an aligned cross functional seller adoption & marketing strategy.
Partner cross functionally with business, product and operations stakeholders to support the go to market launch and scaling of new financial products and services.
Lead customization of financial solutions according to the Seller and business needs at the same time optimize operational costs and risks.
Partner with enterprise and treasury teams on building appropriate risk frameworks, monetization strategies as well as prioritization of key products and services.
Ensure close collaboration with Account management, Seller Services, Marketing and Operations to drive acceptance of new financial products and services with Sellers.
Drive seller engagements, collecting seller feedback and white glove vs systemic approaches to ensure we are serving the seller needs, experience improvements while driving program awareness.
Build key measurements and a test/iterate philosophy to improve results.
Use data and insights to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
Lead and develop a high-performing team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area (as an alternative to a degree).
Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives.
Ability to drive adoption of products or services, ideally within payments, financial services, marketplace, or eCommerce.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Experience leading and developing teams.
