Requirements
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Proven expertise in program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation techniques for projects of small to medium complexity.
Strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to ensure alignment with milestones and timelines.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders and build consensus across teams.
Experience in financial management, including budgeting and cost monitoring for multiple projects within a program.
Proficiency in Agile methodology, Scrum, and project management frameworks to drive program planning and execution.
Ability to analyze data and key performance indicators to support business decision-making and continuous improvement.
