Role Overview
Provide day-to-day support for business systems and operational tools.
Assist with internal HelpDesk requests and basic troubleshooting needs.
Prepare and maintain reports to support operational and financial visibility.
Support system workflows, data accuracy, and process consistency across teams.
Assist with monthly reporting and other recurring business support activities.
Help maintain internal systems, contact lists, and communication tools.
Assist with monitoring and responding to live chat inquiries through the company website.
Support field and office teams with system-related questions and issues.
Assist with new system tasks, updates, and special projects as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support business operations.
Requirements
Experience in application administration, operations support, systems support, or similar role.
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data, reports, and spreadsheets.
Ability to learn new systems quickly and support basic troubleshooting needs.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Clear communication skills and a customer-service mindset when supporting internal teams and users.
