Role Overview
Partner with business leaders to translate talent needs into strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates based on quantitative and qualitative criteria.
Advise and influence hiring managers on interview frameworks, candidate assessment, and selection processes.
Develop and implement proactive talent acquisition strategies using advanced sourcing techniques and competitive intelligence.
Manage multiple large-scale projects using agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment metrics and workforce planning.
Coach and mentor team members to enhance recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience.
Requirements
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related area and 3 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition or other area.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or other area.
Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategy and full-cycle recruitment within complex business environments.
Strong project management skills, including agile methodology mastery and sprint planning for large-scale initiatives.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable talent solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Experience leveraging data-driven decision making and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.
Skilled in workforce planning, competitive intelligence, and talent pipelining to address evolving business needs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities to influence and advise business leaders effectively.
Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and analytics to enhance recruiting strategies and candidate experience.
