About this role

Handling incoming customer inquiries about travel offers
Providing knowledgeable advice to customers and actively selling suitable travel products
Managing service and sales requests via inbound contact
Covering shifts for the emergency hotline (including nights)

Experience in telephone sales, inbound sales, or customer service — ideally in a contact center environment
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
Strong communication skills and a passion for active selling
Self-motivation, discipline, and a reliable, independent working style (freelancer model)
Willingness to work shifts, including night and emergency-duty shifts
Confident use of common CRM and telephony tools or a strong technical affinity
Stable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Interest in travel topics is an advantage
