Leading the team of Enterprise Account executives covering the assigned territory (Georgia, Armenia, Moldova, Azerbaijan).
Delivering against revenue targets and all key performance metrics. Generating new business opportunities on an assigned territory, managing pipeline, opportunities, and forecasting.
Managing the end-to-end sales process and resources to create and execute winning solution sales strategies.
Establishing relationships with VP/C-level buyers (Business and IT). Developing and orchestrating sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Requirements
4+ years of B2B sales experience.
2+ years of leadership experience leading sales teams.
Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets.
Deep understanding of the client decision making process.
High level of comfort with consultative sales methodologies.
Superb written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
4-year degree required, with technical curiosity and desire to learn.
Fluent in Russian and good level of English.
