About this role

Handling incoming customer inquiries about travel offers
Providing competent customer advice and actively selling suitable travel products
Managing service and sales requests via inbound contact
Taking shifts for the emergency hotline (including nights)

Experience in telephone sales, inbound sales, or customer service – ideally in a contact center environment
Excellent written and spoken German
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for active selling
Self-motivation, discipline, and a reliable, independent working style (freelancer model)
Willingness to work shifts, including night and on-call emergency shifts
Confident use of common CRM and telephony tools or a high level of technical affinity
Stable internet connection and quiet workspace at home
Interest in travel topics is an advantage
