Role Overview
Proactively identify, target, and engage net new ISVs, processors, and commerce platforms
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified partner opportunities through outbound efforts, industry relationships, and market insight
Negotiate and execute reseller and referral agreements aligned to FreedomPay’s growth strategy
Develop scalable commercial models that incentivize partner driven revenue
Lead partners from initial engagement through qualification to contracting
Collaborate cross functionally with sales, product, integration, and legal teams to stand up partners efficiently
Drive measurable pipeline and revenue contribution from newly acquired partners
Track partner performance and optimize for growth, scalability, and long term value
Maintain deep understanding of the ISV and payments landscape
Identify emerging trends, whitespace opportunities, and competitive positioning
Requirements
7–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales within payments, fintech, or SaaS ecosystems
Proven track record of self sourcing and closing net new partnerships
Strong understanding of payment processing, partner ecosystems, and revenue models such as reseller, referral, and ISO
Experience negotiating commercial agreements and navigating complex deal cycles
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through partnerships, not just relationship management
Highly autonomous with a builder mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity
Existing network within ISVs, POS platforms, or payment processors
Experience working within enterprise or global commerce environments
Familiarity with omnichannel payments, orchestration, or gateway models
Experience using AI or automation tools to support partner research, outreach, market analysis, and internal workflows, and to improve efficiency in partner sourcing, deal development, and go to market execution
