Analyze the impact of network and performance changes on customer experience, using data to quantify improvements in speed, reliability, and satisfaction.
Build financial models to evaluate the business value of current and future initiatives, ensuring alignment with Walmart’s executive priorities.
Collaborate with field operations teams to validate real-world impacts of speed improvements and identify additional optimization opportunities.
Ensure strong stakeholder alignment through regular communication, updates, and executive-ready presentations on progress and results.
Requirements
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Option 2: 6 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Financial acumen, with experience building business cases, forecasting impact, and evaluating ROI for large-scale initiatives.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI) to measure performance and track key metrics.
Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
