Role Overview

• Taking on a portfolio of change projects
• Championing a whole systems thinking approach
• Defining robust plans to implement each change
• Providing program level status reporting for all project milestones
• Working creatively to solve challenges in partnership with colleagues
• Managing the budget for each project and coaching/mentoring delivery executives

Requirements

• Proven background and experience of delivering multiple projects successfully
• Strong knowledge of operational and risk management principles and practices
• A strong understanding of Home Claims/Household Claims will be a huge advantage
