You manage central HR processes across the employee lifecycle – from talent acquisition to onboarding – using our HR systems (Zoho People/Zoho Recruit).
You communicate independently with candidates and internal stakeholders and support interviews and selection decisions, including scheduling and maintaining records in the system.
You contribute to the further development of our employer branding and propose ideas for digital HR communications (career site, talent platforms, and where applicable, social media).
You maintain and enhance our careers page and selected HR channels, working closely with Marketing and IT.
You work extensively with our Zoho solutions (e.g., Zoho People, Zoho Recruit) and support the optimization and automation of our HR processes.
You prepare analyses and reports (e.g., recruiting metrics, HR analyses) based on the data available in Zoho to support data-driven decisions.
Over time, you will take ownership of subprojects in Digital HR / HR‑IT and expand your responsibilities.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, People & Culture, Business Administration or a related field.
Practical experience in an HR environment, ideally within a professional, system-supported corporate context.
Confident use of digital tools and hands-on experience with HR software, ideally Zoho People / Zoho Recruit, and a strong interest in data
and process-oriented HR communication.
Strong communication skills, reliability and an independent, solution-focused working style.
Motivation to take on responsibility and to develop professionally and personally – particularly in Digital HR / HR‑IT.
