Manage full-cycle recruitment for both field and corporate roles. Recruiting experience in the restaurant or retail industry is a huge plus.
Facilitate onboarding processes, including I-9 compliance and new hire documentation
Communicate regularly with Operations to align staffing needs and onboarding timelines
Maintain accurate records in HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Support general HR tasks, including employee relations, compliance, and documentation
Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration
Utilize platforms such as Workstream, Paradox, and ADP Workforce Now for recruitment and HR processes
Requirements
3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding
Experience in restaurant or retail industries is strongly preferred
Familiarity with Workstream, Paradox, and ADP Workforce Now
Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills as this role will need to take calls.
Proficiency in Excel (not a disqualifier, but preferred)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Languages: Proficiency in both Spanish & English is highly preferred for this role.
