Role Overview
- Support for Provider Relations administrative tasks
- Review and validate completed provider agreements
- Perform quality assurance checks
- Ensure all required agreement information is accurately entered into ESC system
- Process and update provider modifications and terminations
- Respond to inquiries from providers
- Collaborate with team members
- Contribute to upcoming project work and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Post‑secondary school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in an office and/or customer service environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Reader and Writer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in electronic systems or databases
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility in adapting to new situations and change
- Ability to follow clear instructions, standard procedures, and established workflows
- Results‑oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy when performing repetitive tasks
- Bilingualism in French and English is a must.
