Implement and Support SAP Projects/ Solutions;
Gather and analyze requirements for SAP projects/solutions;
Design and configure SAP solutions to meet business needs;
Prepare functional and technical specifications for implementation;
Conduct UAT and integration testing to validate system functionality;
Train users and develop user manuals for effective solution adoption;
Migrate data and ensure accuracy during transitions;
Support go-live activities;
Communicate and collaborate daily with clients and colleagues to deliver optimal solutions and improve processes;
Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
6–7+ years of hands-on SAP experience, with a strong focus on Pricing & Promotions;
Deep expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) — condition technique, pricing procedures, and output management;
Solid knowledge of SAP Retail — articles, merchandise management, and retail-specific pricing flows;
Proven experience configuring and supporting Promotions, Deals, and Rebate Management in complex retail environments;
Ability to manage day-to-day application support and incidents in a live production environment;
Hands-on delivery of Change Requests (CRs) — from requirements gathering through to testing and go-live;
Strong ability to collaborate with commercial, marketing, and IT teams on pricing strategy execution;
Experience in the Retail / Grocery sector is a strong plus;
Comfortable operating in an agile, client-facing support model with SLA accountability;
Fluency in English required; Greek is a plus for this role based in Greece.
